What versions of JIRA does this template support?
This template supports almost all major versions of JIRA - JIRA Software, JIRA Service Desk and JIRA Core. It uses JIRA ReST APIs to connect to JIRA Cloud or on-premise
What versions of JIRA Service Desk does this template support?
This template supports JIRA Service Desk Server 3.5 and above. Eventhough the older version should work but we haven't tested using the JIRA Service Desk connector
Can I get a free trial version of DBSync?
DBSync is available for 14-day free trial after completing the registration process.
What ReST APIs are supported
All API's mentioned in Features sections are supported. We are always extending our API support so you can always see updates within our product or our Wiki
Is this template available with On-Demand or On-Premise version of DBSync?
This template is available with both On-Demand or On-Premise version of DBSync
How frequently can we track event / triggers or run the integration.?
Often it depends on whether you are using on-premise or cloud version. As a rule of thumb we recommend 15 min intervals.
Can I apply transformations on custom mappings in DBSync?
Yes, DBSync is a complete flexible solution and it fully supports querying custom fields from JIRA and custom mappings
